Apple sauce

1. Clean and cut apples

2. In large pot add apples and then water until you can just see it/

3. Cook down until apples are mushy

4. Put through fooley food mill, or pour into blender and blend until smooth.

5. Add cinnamon, Nutmeg and sugar to taste.
